A megoldásközpontú újságírásról tart előadást (angol nyelven) a Független Médiaközpontban Tina Rosenberg, a New York Times Pulitzer-díjas újságírója. A Magyarországon még kevésbé ismert műfaj a problémák helyett azok megoldására koncentrál, célja a teljes történet bemutatása a részletek helyett.

Programterv:

10:00 – 10:30 regisztráció a helyszínen
10:30 – 13:30 előadás (ebédszünettel – üdítő, kávé, sütemény, pizza)
13:30 – 14:30-ig interjúkészítési lehetőség (Előzetes egyeztetés szükséges, tolmácsot nem tudunk biztosítani.)

Az esemény mindenki számára nyitott és ingyenes, de előzetes regisztrációhoz kötött.

Tina Rosenberg is the co-author of the „Fixes” column of the New York Times newspaper, which focuses on responding to social problems – what solutions do they do and why? Founded by the Solutions Journalism Network, which helps journalists and editors use journalism solutions in practice. During her career, she wrote editorials for the New York Times, she also contributed to the New York Times Magazine and dozens of other titles, including The New Yorker, Rolling Stone, Foreign Policy, and The Atlantic.

She has written several books, among others „Children of Cain: Violence and the Violent in Latin America,” „Join the Club: How Peer Pressure Can Transform the World” or „The Haunted Land: Facing Europe’s Ghosts After Communism,” with which Pulitzer won Prize and National Book Award. For her work she was awarded the MacArthur Fellowship.
